WORD members may now apply for a $50 Easy Grant -- set up by WORD to help our classroom teachers procure badly needed classroom supplies.WORD members may enter only once per calendar year.
The first grants will be awarded in October
and the last in March. To ensure you are included, please mail
your application by March 1st.

I am thrilled to pieces - and I know my students will love the
additional social studies/science resources I will be able to purchase
for my room. For somebody who has only won a Winnie the Pooh cup, bowl &
spoon at our Trek (I'm in my late 50's - heehee!!!), this is quite
exciting.
